Horst Bernegger

Horst Bernegger has over 25 years of experience in the field of public accounting and specialises in audits of annual and consolidated financial statements of Austrian and multinational companies. From 1998 to 2004, he primarily worked in business consulting, carrying out company valuations, M&A projects and due diligence reviews. From 2004 to 2015, he was the head of the Salzburg office.

Horst is a member of the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisors and Public Accountants (KSW) and a sworn and court-certified expert (AT) for company valuation and corporate planning (investment planning, financial planning, cost planning, liquidity planning).
