Gerald Eibisberger

Gerald Eibisberger has been with PwC since 2004 and heads the Deals practice at PwC Austria. Deals covers the areas of transaction services, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), company valuation & modelling, restructuring and crisis management as well as financing.

His personal focus is on assisting companies with company acquisitions and sales as part of due diligence and M&A projects, as well as advising on commercial aspects of share purchase agreements, conducting closing reviews and supporting carve-out transactions. During his career to date, he has managed a large number of Austrian and international transaction projects in various industries and completed a two-year secondment to PwC’s Deals – Transaction Services team in Sydney, Australia.

Gerald is a certified public accountant and tax advisor (AT).
