Georg Beham

Georg Beham is a specialist in information security and is responsible for Cybersecurity & Privacy at PwC Austria. Georg has been in the IT industry since 1989 helping companies protect their data and defend themselves against hackers.

Georg studied computer and media security as well as secure information systems and has many years of experience in advising Austrian and international companies. As a sworn and court-certified expert for IT security, IT forensics and data protection (AT), he prepares expert opinion reports on data theft, hacker attacks and manipulation of IT systems for courts and public prosecutors.  He is the editor and author of several specialist books on data protection and data security and teaches at the Danube University Krems, the Johannes Kepler University Linz, and at the Universities of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg and Burgenland, among others.
