Frédéric Vilain

Frédéric Vilain is a Partner in the area of transaction services and has many years of experience in auditing and business advisory. He specialises in cross-border M&A transactions and due diligence reviews for commercial and industrial companies. Born in France, he has been involved in numerous international projects in Austria, Germany and France as well as in the CEE region in recent years.

Frédéric is a member of the Institute of Austrian Auditors (IWP) and the expert committee for Business Administration and Organisation of the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisors and Public Accountants (KSW). He has also passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in the USA.
