Bernd Hofmann has more than 20 years of professional experience. A certified public accountant and tax advisor (AT), he leads the tax practice of PwC Austria. In addition to international tax law, group tax planning and restructuring, his specialist areas include the structuring of M&A transactions for private equity investors and strategic investors. He also supports a large number of well-known Austrian and international companies and speaks on corporate tax law and M&A issues.
Bernd is a member of the expert committee for Tax Law of the Austrian Chamber of Tax Advisors and Public Accountants (KSW) and a member of the IFA (International Fiscal Association) Austria.
