Are you ready to take on this responsibility with us and have a real impact on business? Click below for more information on the specific activities we perform in Assurance.
We audit financial statements and consolidated financial statements based on Austrian company law or international accounting standards. We carry out special audits and accompany our clients throughout their reorganisation processes. In doing so we remain objective and independent, conducting our audit and giving advice in a trustworthy manner.
We work with our clients to set up risk management and compliance systems to ensure our clients’ readiness to deal with any risks their business may face. In particular, this means ensuring that business processes work and IT systems are secure. We also help clients to set up an internal audit function and/or provide support with quality management.
International Financial Reporting Standards are regularly updated. In Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory Services (CMAAS) it’s our job to keep absolutely up-to-date on the latest changes and to use our expertise to enable clients to convert to IFRS. We advise them on complex accounting issues, support enforcement procedures and/or accompany them during an IPO (initial public offering).
Financial services providers such as banks and insurance firms are subject to specific regulatory and reporting standards. We offer our clients the full range of services ranging from financial statement audits to specific advice on IAS 39/IFRS 9 matters to advice on regulatory and compliance matters – provided by a growing team with offering comprehensive expertise.
“Be curious and ask questions: Assurance is a great opportunity to gain real insights into a wide range of different companies and to really build your business acumen.”
